Cancellation & Refund Policy

At PrintOAds, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the customized nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for order cancellations, changes, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided the production process has not yet started.
  • Once an order moves into production or printing, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival.
  • The delivered product is significantly different from the approved design or order.
  • The order is lost in transit and confirmed as undelivered.

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • You change your mind after the product is printed.
  • Design or spelling errors approved by the customer before printing.
  • Color variations due to screen-to-print differences (minor differences are standard in print).

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been initiated.

4. Return Policy

Since all our products are custom-made to order, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Send us clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. Our support team will evaluate the issue and offer a resolution (refund, replacement, or reprint).

5. Modifications to Orders

  • Minor changes to orders can be made within 12 hours of placement, if production hasn’t started.
  • Once the printing process has begun, modifications are not possible.
